Wellington R. Meade, Jr., known as “Tom” Meade, died Monday. He is survived by his wife, Lydia A. Meade; 3 brothers, Douglas C., James Kenneth, and Bobby R. Meade; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. A private service will be conducted. Arrangements are by the Paintsville Funeral Home.
