Rubye Marion Williams, 68, wife of Edward Park Williams of Paintsville, died November 29, 2007. She is the daughter of the late Jesse Abraham and Alice McCormick Dehart and she was born September 3, 1939 in Providence, Ky. She is survived by Son: Eliot Ward Williams, Morehead, Ky.; 4 Daughters: Jessica Jane Roberts and Melody Beth Williams both of Burlington, Ky., Marlene Spradlin, Staffordsville, and Jennifer Jo Williams, Prestonsburg, Ky.: Sister: Dorothy Nell Mitchell, Kankakee, Illinois; Grandchildren: 3. She retired from Paintsville School System as a cafeteria worker and she was a former hair dresser.
Funeral Service at First Church of God, Paintsville on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at 1 p.m.. Friends may call Sat. 5-9 p.m., Sun. 9 a.m., Paintsville Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church at 12 noon Sunday to lie in state until time of service. Rev. Dan Heaberlin officiating.
Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
