Mary Burton Rigsby, 90, of Lexington, formerly of Paintsville, died December 23, 2008 in Lexington. She was born in Lawrence Co., Ky. September 18, 1918, the daughter of the late Foster and Rachel Gibson Burton. She is survived by 2 Daughters: Rachel Thomas, Nicholasville, Ky. & Rebecca Young, Louisville, Ky.; 2 Brothers: Herbert H. Burton, Paintsville & James F. Burton, West Sun City, Arizona; a host of nieces and nephews. She was was first married to Arnold Young who preceded her in death December 11, 1963. She later married William Curtis Rigsby who died Decembe 19, 1987. Funeral Service at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville on Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 1 p.m. Revs. Richard Williams, Wayne Price, and Rick Stone officiated. Friends may call Fri. 3-8 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m., Paintsville Funeral Home. Burial at Wells-Buckingham Cemetery, Paintsville, Kentucky.
