Julia Mary Chandler, 89, wife of Jim Chandler, of Tennessee, formerly of Paintsville, died April 20, 2010 in Tennessee. She was born August 14, 1920 to the late Vincent and Geneva Margaret Wells Splane. She is survived by 3 Sons: Vincent Williams, Winter Have, FL, Michael Williams, Sierra Vista, AR, and Mark Williams, Miami, FL; 1 Daughter: Jeni Meredith, Piney Flats, TN; Grandchildren: 7; Great-grandchildren: 8. She was fierst married to Herman Williams who is deceased. She was a retired school teacher having taught in the Paintsville City School System for several years.
