George W. Webb, lovingly called Papaw Webb, 91, husband of Etta Evelyn Lemaster Webb, died March 17, 2010. He was born December 4, 1918 at Oil Springs to the late Leander and Dona Salyer Webb. He is survived by his 2 Sons: Charles Donald Webb of Oil Springs & George Danny "Gwendolyn" Webb of Johnson City, TN; 2 Daughters: Fran E. "Jim" Davis of Scott Depot, WV & Judith Carol "Robert" VanHoose, Oil Springs; Brother: Arrowood Webb, Wooster, Ohio; Sister: Gladys Gullett, Clarksville, TN; Grandchildren: 9 ; Great-Grandchildren: 23; Great Great-grandchildren: 4. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Funeral Service at Oil Springs FWB Church, on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 11 a.m. Rev. Keith Horn, Rev. Chad Blair, and Rev. Larry Meadows officiated. Friends may call Fri. 5-9 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Paintsville Funeral Home.
Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
