Evan M. Lemaster, 84, of Staffordsville, died February 13, 2010 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born November 29, 1925, in Paintsville Ky, to the late Luther and Lura Alice Collins Lemaster. He is survived by his 3 Sons: John "Jeannie" Lemaster, Hager Hill, Lee "Amy" Lemaster, Pickerington, OHIO & Ronald "Jean" Lemaster, Prestonsburg; 2 Daughters: Beverly "Joanie" "James" Clark , Russell Springs, Ky. & Rita "Mitch" Kimbler, Staffordsville; Brother: Robert C. Lemaster, Urbana, Ohio; 5 Sisters: Nadine Blanton, Paintsville, Ruth Blanton, Oil Springs, Jo Holbrook, Van Lear, Nora Ann McClure, Paintsville & Etta Evelyn Webb, Oil Springs; Grandchildren: 7: Great-Grandchildren: 6. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Neva Blanton Lemaster December 30, 2003.
Funeral Service at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 1 p.m. Rev. J.R. Connelley officiated. Friends may call Mon. 3-9, Tues. 9 a.m., Paintsville Funeral Home.
Burial at Johnson County Memorial, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
