He is survived by his 2 Daughters: Anna Lisa Connelley Baker & Tammy Lynn Hamlin, both of Paintsville, Ky.; 2 Brothers: Elmer C. "Maxie" Blair, Hager Hill, Ky. & Paul E. "Margie" Blair, Gahanna, Ohio; 5 Sisters: Wilma Jean Belknap, Columbus, Ohio, Mary Linda "Phillip" Caudill, Oil Springs, Ky., Ruby Evelyn (the late James) Conley, Paintsville, Ky., Goble Clarice "Roy" James, Grove City, Ohio & Anna Bermice "Kenneth" Wells, Lexington, Ky; Niece: 13; Nephews: 9; 2 Granddaughters: Emily D. Charles & Megan LeAnna Connelley; Grandson: Ronald Scott Fairchild; 1 Step-granddaughter, Madelyn Isabella Fairchild.
Funeral Service at Paintsville Funeral Home Chapel, Paintsville on Friday, October 5, 2007 at 11 a.m. Friends may call Wed. 6-10 p.m., Thurs 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Paintsville Funeral Home. Rev. Melvin Blanton officiating.
