She is survived by 3 Sons: Clarence Roger Stapleton, Tutor Key, Ky., Jimmy Lee Stapleton, Lowmansville, Ky., & John David Stapleton, Paintsville, Ky.; 3 Daughters: Rebecca "Becky" Yvonne Baldwin, Tutor Key, Ky., Charolette Louise Caudill, River, Ky., & Debra Lynn Meade Gasparac, Salyersville, Ky; Grandchildren: 11 : Step-Grandchildren: 5:, Great-Grandchildren: 3. Also Deceased is her brother, Roger Daniel.
