She is survived by Father: Johnny Salyer, Paintsville, Ky.; Mother: Bonnie Sue Cantrell Salyer, Delaware, Ohio; Son: Max Beverly, Prestonsburg, Ky.; Daughter: Amanda Kendrick, McDowell, Ky.; 2 Brothers: Bradford Leroy & James Walter Salyer, both of Delaware, Ohio; 4 grandchildren, Jacob and Zoey Beverly, Coty and Harley McKenzie.
